ReplyDeleteAll the chinitos downtown should get together and demand the price of the property to be lowered, then buy it and make a mini mall so they can keep on selling us their $1 "junk". On the other hand, a "patriotic rich american" (LOL, being ironic here) should also consider buying it (at a lower price, of course) and turning it into a mini mall but with merchandise all MADE IN THE USA. Since neither one of those things is going to happen, lets see how that "white elephant" or "black mole" ends up.
