    We see that Juliet must have put out the word to her loyal subjects, including local elected officials, to boycott the signing. What a poor loser Juliet is. Her absence didn't change the importance of the signing, but her absence clearly demonstrates what a mean spirited person she is. Juliet is a bitch.
