Erin Hernandez(Erin H. Garcia) Associate Threatens Lawsuit Against Mean Mister Brownsville As Reported by Bobby Wightman-Cervantes

Josefina Canales, a woman who featured prominently in the Erin H. Garcia campaign for Justice of the Peace, Position 2-2 has issued a press release threatening a lawsuit against the editor of Mean Mister Brownsville.

Bobby Wightman-Cervantes of BROWNSVILLE VOICE published the press release.  Here is the pertinent part of that document:

"She will be filing a lawsuit for Defamation, libel, and sander against Yolanda Begum, Alex Begum, and the two bloggers Juan Montoya from El Rrun Rrun and Jim Barton from Mister Mean blog.  They were paid to write untruths about me.  I have a letter where Yolanda admits they where untrustworthy but, had no choice but to pay them she need an arena.  Erin had Brownsville Cheezmeh.   Then publishing pictures of me with the title Extortionist daily in their blogs for thousands of readers to read.  I will send you links to their bloggers publications.  My message here is that the people of Brownsville can once again feel that justice can be served now that Mr. Begum’s judge buddies are not on the bench to rule in his favor.  I respectfully ask that you write this story and send a message that finds courage to fight back and never give up."

This will be interesting.  I'm not particularly acquainted with Ms. Canales, but I've been told that she and Mike Begum, Jr., while married, had some drug issues contributing to a somewhat checkered life.  I understand that Ms. Canales has some concerns with the dispersal of monies via Mike Begum, Sr's will.

Erin H. Garcia readily utilized the personal animosity of Ms. Canalas against the Begum's in her campaign for Justice of the Peace, featuring Ms. Canales at campaign events.

    The audacity of Erin daughter of Ernie to feign being offended after all of the alleged shenanigans they have pulled in the early voting and cheating. Ernie began his career early on in the 70's after I returned from Vietnam. I do not know how he has stayed out of jail this long. However every dog has his day. It is good to know that this weed will be completely uprooted. Luis Saenz is doing what he said he would do.

    play your cards right and you could get a large award. damages in libel = diminishment in reputation. bloggers like you caused me to conclude she was human not reptilian. the reputation was enhanced so she owes you. hire a lawyer off the feds witness list just in case.

    I would like to know what job did she lose that could have given her ten million dollars and what reputation she lost when she had none left from the life she lived, and besides she has been suit before for extortion and slander by other people that is public record
