terrible. He will need to speak and understand english if he is a commissioner. he does speak from the heart, but its a bunch of general ideas like "we can be better than mcallen and mission!!", but no explanation or plan.

The Brownsville City Commission would be better off exhuming and appointing the Marx Brothers. Sarkis sounds like a nice guy. Villareal comes off that way too. Jessica Tetreau is a charming woman. Sadly, nice and charming is meaningless and the three aforementioned people are struggling to provide evidence of anything better than basic high-school level intelligence.
