Enrique can side with either threesome to form an instant board majority or go it alone as an independent. Of course, his close friend, convicted RICO felon Carlos Quintanilla may have a say in all of this as the $14,300,000 lawsuit against Healthsmart could still be in play. Interestingly, one threesome has stated their interest in reinstating the lawsuit. Would Enrique be interested in at least a sizeable settlement of several millions to benefit the kids of BISD or will Healthsmart sweeten the pot and convince Escobedo to let sleeping lawsuits lie?
Enrique will play this out skillfully. Anyone that can upgrade their vehicle from a rusty puddle jumper to a high end luxury car while working for no salary knows exactly how to play this.

DeleteThis lady Ms Gill, was a kite!! She started to create problems right from the get go, with a pollwatcher on Chirinos team. Luckly this lady was very vocal and "called Ms Gill out" to settle their differences, but she immediately cried wolf, and refused to go "out" but thought she could give orders to Escobedo to call security on the lady...Escobedo told her "NO MA'AM I will call security when I see fit"So she began to be rude to him and all of the tabulators and poll watchers on Mr. Chirinos team. Even some of her own ppl. did not agree with her.....falls in the middle of the room??? It was never a dull moment!!

DeleteLet Enrique Escobedo put all rumors to rest about his political future. If he wants to move on to bigger and better things; he needs to side with the reopenning of Healthsmart litigation by an independent law firm on a no cost to BISD contingency arrangement! This will work to his advantage politically, but if he doesn't, he will basically destroy any chances of running against anyone, that will remind the voters of what he did not do! While he could! For the children! For the taxpayers!

ReplyDeleteHey Escobedo! Read Texas election code on recounts. Need a new canvasing on the new number of votes due to the recount! That means you need to re-elect new officers on the board! You cannot circumvent the law!

The recount was a three ring circus environment. No rules and regulations followed. The complete recount was tainted. People walked in and out of the room at their leisure. They could have walked out with ballots or brought ballots in. Enrique was rude and got into a shouting match with some of the counters. He ridiculed people from Gill's team. He tried to intimidate Gill by getting in her face and yelling at her. He laughed and joked with the people from Chirino's team. Showing complete bias and absolutely no integrity. The ballots from the black bags were never identified. Chirinos had someone "representing" him who would walk outside and give him updates of the deveopments. People from the elections office were conversing with Chirinos' "representative". There simply was no respect for the electoral process. Did Enrique need a "fix"? Is that why he was so on edge? When it was good for Chirinos then Gill could have the privelage . Otherwise it was Screw Gill. He fought hard to make sure he would have his partner in crime next to him on the board. More to come.

DeleteRumor is there was a guy in Gill's team who disrespected Escobedo because he was tired of counting and there was no replacement so he could leave. Said guy is a coach at Veterans Memorial High School...What a shame!!
DeleteIt was a "three ring circus" because that is how Gill made it. She walked around as if she owned the place and was very direspectfull yelling and screaming at everyone, Escobedo included. Respect is earned! She, out of anyone, should know it. Her losing is the children's win.

ReplyDeleteIt is obvious that the Chirinos supporters are illiterate and ignorant. Not one of their posts are correctly writen and demonstrate their ignorance. Enrique "the psuedo Dr." and"it's not my money" Chirinos had no concept of recount procedures. All they cared about was that they take enough votes from Gill to get ahead and to please Joe Rodriguez who was waiting outside for the results. Will they make sure he gets his millions? Substandard ignorant people who never even had an established platform except that they hated Caty Presas. Once again it's a down right shame that the students, teachers and community will be placed on the backburner. Now the four greedy,shallow thieves who have absolutely no scruples will wallow in financial corruption. As William Vanderbilt, the greatest thief in history said "THE PUBLIC BE DAMNED, I CARE ONLY ABOUT MY PROPERTY".

ReplyDeleteFor the record I could care less if BISD opted to bring back the lawsuit against Healthsmart. I have said very clearly that if BISD has a case against Healthsamrt take it on, but not at the expenses of taxpayers or the Children of BISD.
