Don't Reward Election Fraud~Defeat Erin Hernandez Garcia

Erin Hernandez TV Commercial
The Cameron County Election Commission has been described as impotent, flaccid, but that's not really fair.  They simply swing the other way.  Their love interest is in preserving the status quo, the system of politiqueras, manipulation of mail-in ballots and coercion of the elderly, disabled and mentally-challenged that got several of them elected, the very tools used recently by the Erin H. Garcia campaign to slop through the primaries.

Cameron Park Election Judge Conferring with Gomez Camp
But, no one can rightfully accuse Election Administrator Roger Ortiz of not getting aroused when he heard someone was taking pictures of the vans delivering the elderly and infirm to the Cameron Park polling place for early voting.  Not only did Ortiz come in under five minutes, but the sheriff was called.  What didn't excite Ortiz was the Cameron Park Election Judge cavorting with the Abelardo Gomez, Carlos Masso and Erin H. Garcia camps during polling hours, those voting before or on the very day they registered and the hundreds of mail-in votes coming out of County Commissioner Ernie Hernandez' district.

The Election Commission felt nothing as the evidence submitted for two election fraud trials showing naked manipulation of the election process was paraded before them.  Those submitting affidavits, those subpoenoed for trial screamed a collective "What do I have to do?" when they couldn't get so much as a notice from the commissioners.

District Attorney Armando Villalobos, himself a lame dick, drawing salary in his final months of office while working on his pending trial for bribery, has no interest in pursuing election fraud.  Would he receive a reduced sentence for cleaning up Cameron County's election process?  That might get his attention, but election integrity on its own doesn't float his boat.

Raul Lopez
We could go down the line of election officials who can't or won't perform, but you get the drift.  It's up to you, the voter, to not reward election fraud.  Yes, penalize the cheating Erin H. Garcia campaign by not voting for her.  Stop the corrupt Hernandezes from extending their brutal defilement of the electorate into the next generation.  We have an alternative to the obvious, historic corruption;  Raul Lopez for Justice of the Peace, 2-2.

  1. Many in Brownsville give their support to Erin because they're afraid of crossing Ernie. Look what he just did to John Wood.

  2. The picture painted by Jim Barton and other bloggers of this Hernandez clan reminds me of the ejidos that dot Mexico away from its cities. There, mostly uneducated leaders of the community see the job as being more than the result of election. They see their service as being confirmation of their belief that all others are weak and inferior; that they need guidance from the announced strong. Perhaps Erin G. Hernandez thinks the local population is too dumb to quash her dubious ascent. And maybe her father is equally convinced that the morons around him will never rise to contest his self-anointing. But, really, if you look at these two and judge them on their looks, they appear to be anything but leaders. Who'd follow them anywhere, other than to a government cheese line? Ernie Hernandez no doubt sees himself as the leader of a "Vato Cartel" of sorts. Erin, meanwhile, is like those vacuous daughters of the Mafia Dons who couldn't be touched without bloody retribution. Their demise will come soon. Bank it. So many funny moves and so many involved that an investigation by the Feds will yield more than enough evidence to try them, and to convict them. I suspect it'll be massive, wrongdoing to rival even the largest eruption of El Popo, Mexico's active volcano. This brazen Hernandez duo can't as yet feel the pain of the law, but both will - if not at the hands of the Feds, then at the voter box. And when that day comes, prosecutors, or the voters, will see nothing more than two goofy-looking Mexicans who played "footsies" with the system: Two physically-eccentric Mexicans, that's all.

  3. Jim, it's obvious that you are against anything that Ernie and Erin do and that's fine. But, in this race she is running against a person who has quite a vicious history himself. Why would oh put yourself out there like for this man?

    1. You're wrong. I would not be against Erin or Ernie running a clean election, but that's not going to happen.

      Define Mr. Lopez "vicious history"???????????

    3. When dealing with Ernie Hernandez, you have to be willing to check your morals at the door. Of course Erin Hernandez can't win without fraud. Ask a lawyer with an actual law practice, she's out of her depth standing in a puddle in the courthouse parking lot

  5. Oh Bullshit! Erin beat what's her name, using the same machine that Gilbert H., Rene O.,and countless others have been using to get elected. If you want to stop the corruption, stop the corruption, but quit the bitching just because what's her name got her ass handed to her on a plate! As far as Ernie H. is concerned, evidently enough people have been electing him into office for years, he must be doing something right!

    1. Those dirty Hernandez have mastered the art of stealing ballots from the illiterate and the blind, expecting Villalobos to cover for them. Sounds like they are proud of it. Given the amount ernie owes the IRS seems this family are allergic to obeying the laws.

  6. great article. May sound nuts, but let's hope she does get elected, because the criminal penalties are more severe for an elected official versus a candidate. it will be hilarios when she is removed from office! With Armando Villalobos gone, the next DA can start his administration with a bold statement against official corruption in the courthouse. Erin Hernandez Garcia serving as a judge who only got elected with blantant, documented fraud is a perfect example. Flush out the corruption, bring on the convictions.

  8. The entire Democrat machine will not let Erin lose. No Democrat in Cameron County, including Zeke's favorite DA candidate, your precious Filemon, Maclovio's special Tony Y., Cascos's sidekick David G., or any other D, will lose. The only effective way to defeat your arch-nemesis Erin is to vote against every Democrat candidate. You must openly support every Democrat opponent too. You will not vote this way because it would hurt your candidate. You aren't the only one Jim. Everyone has a favorite. That is what the Democrat machine counts on. The Democrats will remain in power, and there is nothing your chest beating endorsement of hopeless Raul will do to change that. All hail, King Roger Ortiz.

    1. No, retard.
Erin gets jail time if she is elected then convicted. So elect her. Another Cameron County judge after Limas arrested in a few months could make it onto CNN. Who cares about the Democrat/ Republican issue. Who knows, Saenz might be extra willing to make Erin the poster child of a new 0 tolerance crackdown on corrupt judges.

    2. Right, I fail to see the logic of how voting straight Ticket Republican solves anything? Erin by far the biggest embarassment on the Demos ticket, but not all the Democrats are bad and some of the Republicans are great candidates too.

  10. Why do they put TV commercial. It is a you tube clip. They want people to think they have money but Chris Valadez and Rodrigo Moreno who ran Ernie Hernandez campaign against Ruben Pena did the clip for Erin Hernandez, Chuck Mattingly and Carlos Cascos.

One simple question, Has ANYONE actually seen these commericals on TV and if so what TV station did it come out on?

This is just another SCAM that Brownsville Cheezmeh along with these Idiot Candidates are trying to pass onto the public. It is the perseption of money, power and awareness. They are nothing more than Kool Aid Drinkers playing with people.

    1. Aha!.... No wonder the Cascos clip is so bad! LOL a Republican ad written by a Democrat stooge. Of course. Of course Rodrigo won't bring up the best election year issue the Republicans have in the whole freaking county, Democrat judicial fraud! Norma and Erin wouldn't like that. Congratulations Cascos for your idiot of the year award. Or ask Gilberto Hinojosa to do the script your next 'Republican' ad.

    2. I can't believe Mattingly, on a Republican anti corruption platform, would be stupid enough to pay the worst of the DemoRATS to do the media work on his campaign!! If that "commercial" is what he's paying them for, it's clear he's being sabotaged. A picture of Rick Perry? Yikes, nice touch to make Mattingly even more repulsive to potential crossover dems, who universally hate Perry. Notice how they don't feature Raul Lopez in the ad, the Republican with the strongest chance of winning in November. Likely Rodrigo didn't want to offend the sentiments of his friends Erin, Norma and Ernie Hernandez by showing Erin's opponent getting an endorsment from Cascos?

    3. I totally agree with your comments there has not been a T.V. commercial showing these clowns. There just like the corrupt cartels they just keep comming up with other manuplative ideas to try to convince the dumb locals who falls for such...what a shame. These Hernandez's really need medical attention.

This is not normal to take advantage of the elderly and just completely lie about everything they do. God will punish them so they better watch out.
