In 2010 Quintanilla, working for former majority owner of Healthsmart, Ted Parker, organized a DefeatZayasCortezPowers P.A.C., that worked
to elect trustees who would vote to dismiss the
$14,300,000 lawsuit against the Healthsmart for
overcharges.(This year he's manipulating things to re-elect his lieutenant Cata Presas-Garcia and elect plants Argelia Miller, Shirley Bowman and Linda Gill. The fear is that candidates could be elected who would reinstate the lawsuit against Healthsmart to provide much needed monies for children's education. Quintanilla's goal is to thwart that effort for his benefactor Ted Parker.)
Critical to uncovering the 2010 scam was Mary S. Rey, who admits to being initially impressed with Quintanilla
until she saw first hand how he operates and also realized her position as "President" of the P.A.C. was
merely a token gesture, being that she was not allowed access to any of the financial transactions of the
political action committee. Subsequently, Ms. Rey submitted to a deposition that revealed, not only the
manipulation of Quintanilla in the BISD election, but exposed his perjured testimony in another deposition.
Since then, it has been Quintanilla's aim to somehow discredit Mary S. Rey. The vehicle for this disinformation is an obscure blog, authored by Quintanilla ironically titled CareBrownsville. Apparently,
Quintanilla writes the articles and the anonymous comments to those articles to feign some readership. Recently, several of those articles have been very defamatory to Ms. Rey. In addition to those defamatory articles, was a copy of a letter written by Ms. Rey's son Randall Bolivar from the Cameron County jail. There is no legal way for any private citizen, let alone a convicted RICO felon, to be in possession of a copy of that letter.
Evidently, sometime today, Quintanilla removed, not only the defamatory articles against Ms. Rey, but the letter from her son written from the Cameron County jail, that allegedly was illegally shared with Quintanilla.
Although the letter has been removed from Quintanilla's blog CareBrownsville, the Google search engine chronicles the original placement of the letter by Quintanilla or his operatives on the site. I typed in the words carebrownsville randall bolivar letter and this is what the search engine brought up(Please notice that the article title is addressed to me, challenging me to explain the contents of this letter. Likely the F.B.I. or other law enforcement will challenge Quintanilla to explain how he came into possession of this letter. Carlos, the F.B.I. can pull it up from your computer's storage bin if they have to. Don't even think about destroying your computer. It should also be of great interest to Sheriff Omar Lucio how this letter came to be in the possession of Carlos Quintanilla.)

Below is the results of the Google search, taking you to Carlos Quintanilla's CareBrownsville blog. It says: "The page you were looking for does not exist." Yet, it did exist until Quintanilla got spooked and removed it. Again, Sheriff Lucio, how did Quintanilla get a copy of this letter? Is there a contact in the Cameron County Sheriff's department illegally furnishing Quintanilla with confidential material?
Interesting also was the fact that, although the libelous articles written to discredit Mary S. Rey and the illegal posting of her son's letter had been removed, this sweet, compassionate message from the con artist to his nemisis remained:

ReplyDeleteMany have been dealing with, and checking up on, the con/con artist known as Carlos Quintanilla. However, his arrest on July 24, 2012, went unreported in the Dallas area and JailBase.com no longer lists that arrest. So, what was that arrest, among his many, about and where did it happen? I have records to share and would love to see what you have since Brownsville had its own mess with him; as has Dallas, Irving and, of course, Chicago. He claims he left Chicago to manage a known artist on a world tour but he refused to state when that tour was, who the artist was or produce any documents to prove it. What words comes to mind? On yeah, CON ARTIST!
