Where Will the Hernandezes, Becerra, Ozuna and Rodriguez Hide This Time?

Cowards that they are, Norma and Ernie Hernandez, Margarita Ozuna and Herminia Becerra went into hiding before the 2010 Ruben Pena vs. Ernie Hernandez election fraud trial. Their blatant mockery of the legal system made subpoena service impossible.  


If the strategy worked last time, why wouldn't it work again?  Roger Ortiz is said to be doing his part by stonewalling any requests for documents from the Cowen legal team, forcing them to subpoena the items.  


Is Rudy Delgado still a judge or have his multiple DUI's and other legal difficulties taken him off the bench?  

Sylvia Garza-Perez

Where is Sylvia Garza-Perez, the newly elected Cameron County Democratic Chairperson?  She is alleged to have played an integral role in the miscarriage of justice last time when she sent witnesses home prematurely during a court recess.  Isn't she the niece of politiquera Herminia Becerra?


Last time Judge Delgado took advantage of Sylvia's quick thinking by ruling that, while he believed the witnesses that did testify, not enough witnesses had testified to overturn the election.  

Politiqueras Margarita Ozuna and Herminia Becerra.  Where will they go?

It is estimated that Michael Cowen has approximately six weeks to organize a case, subpoena his witnesses and conduct a trial before ballots are ordered for November.  


Maybe Roger Ortiz should order ballots early, just so we'll have them in time.
