Ernie Hoping Mail-In Votes from Western Blvd Puts Erin Over the Top

Ernie Hernandez
Laura Miniel, political advocate/published researcher, asked and received from the Election Administrator's office a list of all those voting in Brownsville and Cameron County elections from 2005-2012.

Of particular interest were those voters who used the mail-in ballots for every one of Ernie Hernandez' elections.  In a normal situation you might expect these mail-in voters to be randomly scattered throughout the precincts as generally neighborhoods reflect a mix of young, old, disabled and vacationers.

Herminia Becerra
What Ms. Miniel found instead was that bulk of these mail-in voters were clustered into certain neighborhoods where the politiqueras are known to work, all within close walking range.  Interestingly, one street, Western Blvd., has an extraordinarily high percentage of mail-in votes.  Coincidentally, that is the street where Herminia Becerra, the so-called "Queen of the Politiqueras", lives.  Does this mean that nearly every house on Western Blvd. is inhabited by the infirm, elderly or disabled?  Likely not.  It may simply mean, as many have alleged, that this area has been harvested for votes for many years by Norma Hernandez and Herminia Becerra.

Nearly every one of these mail-in voters participated in the 2010 election which featured the Ernie Hernandez vs. Ruben Pena contest.  None participated in the 2012 primary AFTER the election fraud charges were filed.

Are they now primed to push Erin over the top in the run-off?  EVBM means Early Voting by Mail.  Please note that Herminia Becerra has 5 voters listing her residence.  Does she take in boarders?   Below is a substantial portion of the Western Blvd. voter list.  Those highlighted in light yellow are mail-in voters.  Those in darker yellow voted in the 2010 primarUnhighlighted or "white" are voters who w.  ent to the polls.  Those highlighted in red are mail-ins for the 2010 election including Ernie Hernandez.  It's obvious with the extremely high percentage of mail-ins on Western Blvd, that this is not a natural, voter-generated activity, but one in which the politiquera encourages the mail-in process, then likely picks up the vote and mails it.(Mailing someone else's vote is illegal.)

  1. It is funny how these people can openly, fradulently exploit this and make a mockery of something that is a priveledge. If the Rangers are invited to search for information they do nothing, same thing for FBI. Are these agencies bought out as well? Are we safe from retaliation from these vote heads if we take action. It is ridiculous and shameful living in Cameron County. These people, are probably illegal aliens with voter registration cards and are being allowed to tamper with U.S. votes. People it is time to take our place in society back, dont help these wet backs and vote corrupt officials out! PCT. 2 Pete Avila being sued for sexual harassment? The Man has a badge and uses it. the Sheriff, asking one of his jailers to his San Antonio home to instal an air conditioning unit that was supposed to be installed at the Carrizales jail, on company time and promised to be compensated when he came back. People, these idiots 79 and over are already over the hill, WTF are they still doing in Cameron County? do these people think they are invincible? I think citizens in Cameron County are to convinceable. Lets vote with advancement in mind for this coming election.

    1. I only trust the REPUBLICANS to follow through and check if these people are U.S. Citizens or illegals with voting cards. Because the DEMOCRAPS will never!!! Remember who is leading the party SYLVIA GARZA PEREZ. You think she will take it upon herself to remove the illegal DEMOCRAP voters from voting by mail where no Identification needed?? SURE she will, the day hell freezes over. THE DEMOCRAPS PARTY IS LED BY HERMINIEA's RELATIVE!!!!

  2. remember when Herminiea Becerra was summoned to testify in Ruben Pena's election fraud trial and never appeared. A lot of politiqueras ran and hid from the judge that day. Now I see why!!

  3. Why hasn't some thing been done about this.?

  4. Herminia Becerra is the toip-ranked mullah in Southmost. She is as skilled as any NFL quarterback at scoring, at getting a however-flawed candidate into the end zone. And with a face like that, well, the populace wishing for more attractive denizens in the future just don't have a chance. But politicians ride her like a good mule. Without Herminia there is no pachanga. She is the Mayflower Madam of Browntown, a dame willing to soil the process and do it for a few bucks. Becerra doesn't know any better. She sems to be your typical border illiterate - just one of the local ingratas. Descalsa y sin perfume. Toda loca, la loca, the kind of resident only Juan Montoya could love.

  6. I have a friend in law enforcement who tells me that they are watching Erin Hernandez's race with particular interest. Apparently, the Begum camp filed complaints and petitions asking for the attorney General and Texas Rangers to intervene in this election. Luis Saenz has also pledged to prosecute illegal voter fraud, so the Hernandez's better be careful. Because if their horse Masso doesn't win, they will be in a world of hurt!!!

  7. Being from Las Prietas and having lived on South Dr, a street just adjacent to Western Blvd, I can affirm that the neighborhood is amongst one of the most rundown sections of the city. Its streets are worsened by potholes and even less appealing abandoned homes. Majority of the residents are elderly or disabled if not both. Many home health cars are frequently parked outside these houses assisting their geriatric patients. Ambulances sirens screech the air generally taking in elderly who have fallen or have had typical complications that occur with old age. The homes have been handed down from generation to generation with little newcomers on the block. Therefore everyone knows everyone. Yes Herminia Becerra is very well known in her community. She can be heard blocks away shouting from her mega phone encouraging her neighbors to vote. She bellows as often as the "Ricos Elotes" truck shouts, seeking attention from the householders. She will sit outside her home and whistle rocking back and forth on an old and rusty chair and says hello to any and everyone who passes by. She will invite them inside for food and who knows what else. Does this not just sound like another friendly elderly grandmother who seeks attention and company? Now if Mrs. Becerra were a white lady going door-to-door trying to recruit Christians to attend her local church or help sell girl scout cookies for her grand-daughter there would be no problem. Yet she being a Mexican American woman living in an impoverished community doing all she can, advocating for her peers to exercise their right to vote, she has to be doing something wrong right? It upsets me to see such comments posted here. These people are not illegal aliens. They all have a long history of hard work and struggle. The people of Las Prietas, including my parents, have undergone hard manual labor; some who still continue to do so. Do not speak of what you do not know. I am unsure of Herminia’s intentions therefore I will not speak of them. Yes if allegations are accurate, then she deserves everything coming her way. Yet as an insider speaking out, she along with many others in her community are well respected. The people listed as voters are all tax paying citizens like everyone else. Do not speak down to them because of what Herminia Beccera stands for. Because of the area they live in, automatically people assume they are illiterate, uneducated and easily influenced by a politiquera. I am well educated pursing my Masters degree at Texas A&M College Station. Since I was of age I have been encouraged by my parents to vote. I feel that my vote does count and though I am not longer living in Brownsville, I am unable to vote but if I could I would. And I know in place, my parents vote and their neighbors and neighbors neighbors vote too. Mexican Americans take up Las Prietas, were hardheaded and stubborn. We don’t like going to the doctor or giving up. Sick, disabled, elderly, there’s no excuse to not make a family members carne guisada, a grand daughters quincenera, a compadres superbowl party… so you think were going to miss out on voting? Think again. One way or another well get it done, legally.

    1. If that's the case, why did nearly everyone on Western Blvd stop voting after 2010, the year of Ernie Hernandez' election fraud trial?

  9. los viejitos in this neighboorhods are victims. the Hernandez and the DemocRATAS politicians con sus politiqueros know their poverty, lonliness and ignorance. The viejitos whos family never calls them, They sit all alone in front of the tv every day. yes they get very excited whenever the politiquera pays them a visit! Filling out their mail in ballot together is something to do, someone to talk to. trade their votes for a piece of pan dulce and a few minutes of attention. when they don't, the politqueras threaten them and make them scared to say no. Even the whites did not stoop so low to us, as one Hispanic stealing the votes of another Hispanic! que triste

  11. It's illegal to pay for votes right? Erin, Masso, Gomez have paid the politiqueras for votes. I know Gomez paid each politiquera $350 a week, I know this because they don't care for him and came to us. They asked for the same amount to help us. $350x7 for 8 weeks up to the last election. That's a lot of money, then $350 x7 for the last month of runoff. That's a grand total of $19,600 plus the runoff $9800. AN INCREDIBLE $29,400.00 to politiquera from only Gomez. What a shame that these candidates do this. As for Gomez everyone in the court house says he will be charged by years end. That can't come soon enough for me. I personally know one of the 8-liners he tried to extort money from. They wouldn't pay and he raided them two days later. The owner says he back dated the warrant. All under the watchful eyes of Villalobos

    1. That is a lot of money not being reported. The feds should be interested. And it's a Republican government in TEXAS for fuck's sake. Where is Rick Perry and the Republican leaders to clean shit up down here? South Texas and the illegal immigrant voters and the paid vote harvesters are the reason Republicans lose down here. The higher ups should do something about it.

  12. What amazes and baffles me the most is how voter fraud has lingered in our area for so long. We know it exists, there is the proof on the records. We know who the players are and still no one has done absolutely anything to reslove this important issue. No arrests, no inictments- NADA!! We should all be ashamed that this has not been stopped for over a decade. What is with Mr. Ortiz? Why haven't the Feds investigated this. Where is the District Attorney on this? I don't think CAVA is capable of doing anything. Sad but CAVA seems to be going nowhere and it appears they are only in it for publicity. Laura Miniel has done more on her own to try to expose the records on this subject than the entire Cameron County election overseers of this mess. What a shame on Ortiz and the rest of these helplesss individuals who work under him whom should be the real watchdogs on this. They are not worth the taxpayers salary.

  13. It is a shame, that the Democrat leadership knows of this and does nothing. Democrats such as David Hockema and Erin Hernandez defended the politqueras in court. What impression does that leave on the average voter? They see Democrats eager to steal votes when they can't earn them, and more interested in defending politiqueras than the real voters. Just as lying and cheating will destroy a marriage, lying and cheating your constituents leads to defection, apathy and dwindling turnout. The charts up above only put on paper what everyone already knows. Cameron County elections are rigged with absentee ballots. When that fails, unlocked ballot boxes go missing for 2 hours on Election night, or the tally sheets mysteriously get changed at 3:00 am. This information has been available for years, yet the elections administration pretends to know nothing, and nothing is done. The Democrat chairwoman in Cameron County is alleged to be related to Herminia Becerra. No wonder the public is disillusioned! Why bother casting one vote, when the elections office and the Democrats defend and apparently condone the buying and selling of hundreds of absentee ballots. Suffice to say, our low voter turnout is no accident.
