Like Germany of the 1930's, much of our country has become inebriated with a toxic, dangerous, negative view of the world, one that calls for us to be rescued, saved, and led by a charismatic, ruthless leader only asking he be given increased control and power to do his thing while we give up the rights protected in the Constitution.
Believe Trump's ex-wife Ivanka when she said Trump admired Hitler, keeping his speeches on his nightstand.
Why else would Trump use Hitler's own phrases, describing political opponents as "vermin," while claiming immigrants "poison the blood of our country?"
2015 saw Trump slaughter 17 Republican challengers, mowing each and every one down with denigrating insults, dehumanizing them, making them veritable laughing stocks, leaving him alone at the top of the dung heap.
That fear of political annihilation still empowers Trump to this day illustrated by his recent emasculation of Georgia Governor Brian Kemp.
Kemp absorbed the insults to himself and his wife, and, in an act of sheer cowardice, responded by endorsing Trump for 2024. It was "deja vu all over again," as if the body of Brian Kemp had become possessed by the ghost of Ted Cruz who did exactly the same some years ago.
Trump has done a thorough clearcut of the Republican forest leaving not a single tree standing in his way.
Senators Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham? LMFAO!! They personally cut off their gonads and handed them to Trump years ago!
The Supreme Court? Gimme a break! That so-called branch of our government, supposedly providing "checks and balances," has been totally corrupted by three Trump appointees and/or sychophants.
No, the only remaining obstacle to this book-banning, rights-taking, power-grabbing fascist takeover is the American electorate coming to our collective rescue November 5, 2024!
