Eddie Garcia: at least tell the property owners the truth: that the taxes are high. That the property taxes are high no matter what your home looks like, or what neighborhood you live in, the year you bought it or that you have done no remodels/modifications to your home.
ReplyDeleteTell them that most property taxes are paid by the banks. Most people do not own their homes. The banks own their homes. Do not lie to the property taxpayers. Many people lose their homes because of the high home payments that go higher and higher every year.
