ReplyDelete“Much to general and vague to convince anybody of anything”. Really?? OMG! This corrupt judge presided on this particular case for TWO YEARS!!! Knowing he was not supposed to do so, as there was a HUGE conflict of interest (Defendant and judge’s wife fling. Now ex wife)

ReplyDeleteThen I guess I don't comprehend english. I re-read the statement and I stand by my comment. The writer alleges the judge made several rulings against him that prove up the bias. What were those rulings? How can we judge the legality of the ruling if we do not know the issue and the basis of the ruling and the writers basis for calling the rulings biased. I understand that he thinks the judge is pissed at him, and he may be, but that doesn't mean the opinions were not right. And that is only one example. I see others but, like the document, I'm keeping vague since I don't care one way or the other if I convince you. You have decided on very little evidence that I am stupid or corrupt so overall, my thinking is fuck you. And too bad because I do know stuff about the judge that you would like to know. It is not secret stuff, it played out in the papers but was long enough ago that you will likely not track it down.

Judge Euresti should not have been allowed to sit in if Randall had an affair with his pedophile of a wife and its obvious why.
