When the City of Brownsville and the Brownsville Public Utilities Board were less than forthcoming in providing information, Attorney General Ken Paxton was asked to intervene on behalf of Ahumada's Public Information Request.
Paxton denied that request.
Published below is yet another letter, three pages in length, from Ahumada to Attorney General Ken Paxton, asking the Attorney General to use his authority to enforce the Public Information Act with respect to the Tenaska deal:

ReplyDeleteI miss Pat too.
ReplyDeleteThis must be "one" of the reason for former attorney general Carlos Casco's resignation. Because, he was the former attorney general who denied Pat Ahumada's request in 2016. Keep in mind that Pete Sepulveda's indictment was sealed, from Mar.11,2016 to Jan. 2017. Casco played the part extremely well. Life is a "bitch" Casco.
ReplyDeleteI do not know who you are, nor do I care, but you have to be the dumbest motherfucker in your family, and town probably. First off, it is Cascos, pendejo. ....and he was never an attorney general...the closest relation he has to general anything is the General Mills cereal he eats. Stop inbreeding, you see what it does to brain cells....pendejo?
DeleteWhen was Casco the attorney general ? You are confused .
ReplyDeleteCarlos was the Texas Secretary Of State not Attorney General. Duh.
