You were at the Chuck Mattingly announcement at Cobbleheads some months ago and so was Yolanda Begum who, while Chuck was making his candidate remarks, was busy taking calls on her cell phone and talking during the entire time Chuck was speaking. This was exceedingly rude and thoughtless, not to mention arrogant. Does this woman really have the character to be JP? I would say no.
