Last picture is interesting. Could a plan be afoot to link the El Jardin Hotel (I think owned by Carlos Marin) to UTB....for a downtown university. We know UT System will never pay the back rent it owes TSC and we know Juliet and her devotees will never suggest that UT ever pay back TSC....part of her grudge match for hurt feelings at having lost TSC. The El Jardin makes a great target from Mexico.
